  • Very Strong in Java / J2EE fundamentals. Ability to understand and work with new technologies quickly.
  • Should be able to translate detailed design to code as per coding guidelines.
  • Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Should have expertise in the following areas: Web Logic, JBoss, Tomcat, Hibernate, Jsf, spring, Ajax, Struts, Geronimo, and typical tools of J2EE.
  • Should be hands-on in Java, J2EE, framework and tools; good knowledge of operating systems and databases essential.
  • Good in Team Management Skills.
  • Very good communication skills.
